I change to this surgery a year ago after I had a very disappointing experience with Hillingdon health centre. Since I joined I never had any problems. All I have is good things to say about this surgery. Doctors, specially Dr Bahu, have always been caring and nice. Nurse is lovely and the young man at the reception and the manager are both very attentive and polite. I am so happy with the service here and I highly recommend it to anyone. This other good thing is they have out of hours appointments over the weekend too!
Near two weeks after booking I went to see a doctor . It’s hit and miss which doctor ones gonna get. They are here today gone tomorrow. With little or No connection to the patient . The one I met had the bedside manner of a manakin . She was wearing a face mask tapping away at computer barely looking up. My issue was a fungal infection on my thumb nail . She asked how long I had it and I answered oh about 15 years , not a blink out of her .she had a Quick Look at it from a distance and booked me appointment with dermatology.... read more
Absolutely brilliant practice deal with enquires. Staff polite and welcoming. Had to pay visit on 15 06 25 staff were tremendously helpful as always.
