Unfortunately, we were with acorns for just over a year there very judgey and unprofessional. They like to guilt trip you when they don't do work. We had to live in a property full of mold because anytime we said anything they'd say oh it's just circulation but when we left they say its always had a mold problem because the walls are to thin. When are water ceased they blamed us and said " well I have a old house and my water never ceased". Would not recommend its a shame I can't put a zero star
*Do not take a property managed by Acorn* I have, unfortunately, been with Acorn for the last 2 years as a tenant. Uncommunicative, unprofessional and very pro landlord when it comes property management.
