We’ve been staying at Acorn Hill for six years, and it gets better every year! The staff is friendly and attentive, the cabins are clean and well-equipped, and the Loaded Loon has great food and drinks. Even if fishing isn’t your thing, there’s plenty to do and enjoy. We always look forward to coming back—highly recommend!
Great stop while on the lake! Good food, great staff, and fun for all! I call my cup collection the Acorn Loaded Loon rainbow 🌈 of happiness 😊.
Very family friendly. Very well maintained. If you need anything just ask and they take care of it. Definitely go back again.
Our family notified Brindley's personnel that we were going to Acorn to experience some of the amenities i.e. water slide. As soon as we approached the facility I was immediately approached via ATV by personnel- he inquired with a very rude comment- I responded and said we came down from Brindley's- we continued walking to the water slide. We had a great time at Acorn Resort. The hosts are very accommodating and their restaurant, the Loaded Loon, is the best resort restaurant around. We highly recommend the Walter Family Resorts.
