Acorn Hill has it all! While we were there we rented a pontoon & had a great time on the water. Owners & family are kind and helpful will definitely be back. He highly recommend Acorn Hill.
This was our first visit to Acorn Hill. Our son and daughter in law invited us to join them and their friends this year. We parked our RV at site 1. Kyle and all of the staff are very helpful and friendly and while we didn’t have any issues the staff was always around in the event a need arose. This resort offers great amenities for the family. We actually stayed in our RV, in site#3. The site was shady. We enjoyed the beach! In our opinion which we found it to be better than the beach at Brindley's. The Walter’s family are a great host. Plenty of activities for kids and adults. The Loaded Loon bar & grill is a great addition. Food and drinks were up to par. We chose Acorn because they have RV sites and accommodated pets. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to stay on Leech Lake.
Very disappointing. The side (salad) came after the dinner-nope dont want it. The burger was not cooked through. And came on bread thatt only covered 1/4th of it. It was a patty melt, and there was one small onion on it!! I really wanted a beer with it but nobody came by AND we were sitting at the bar. NOT great
