i recently lost insurance and have been paying out of pocket for all of my stuff which has caused me to stop therapy but keep psych. i have been in communication with the office about this. i lost a bottle of medicine shortly after it was filled and contacted the office to let them know. they will not refill it without me making an extra appointment with the psychiatrist just to tell her in my own words i lost it. i would then have to pay out of pocket for another bottle of meds (which was already an issue but doable because... read more
If you are looking for helpful and insightful guidance on managing mental health, this is an excellent resource. Jessica was incredibly informative, offering many practical options and strategies, and Jane was also wonderful with her support and knowledge. It’s inspiring to see a community like this provide such valuable and reliable help! I loved it
If you are looking for help in general with information about new ways to help with mental illness this is not a great option. Jane was awesome with her information but Jessica was not very informative, did not offer options. Sad to see a community like this have such a terrible option.
Super awesome, very lovely people. They do know what they're doing. I'd wager the 1 star review likely didn't try as hard as they claim. I've never had any issues and some people I know also love their services. If you're in town and seeking mental health help, I'd recommend them. Especially if you're seeking mental health care for your child.
I had an evaluation done for court. I’ve called 3 different times and in a month and a half no one can send me the information I need from it. This was after them calling me on my way there to cancel my first appointment because they had everything messed up. I wouldn’t go here unless you are looking for more issues
