Absolutely LOVE this dental clinic. The workers at the front desk are always kind, understanding, and courteous. I’ve always felt safe in the hands of the people they entrust to work and learn here. Ive been coming to this clinic since I was 3 or 4 years old, so over 20 years, and I’ve never had an unpleasant encounter outside of the dental work itself. Lovely clinic, even lovelier humans.
If I could give zero stars I would loren and tikki so far yal have no bed side manners Loren when you're examining someone you supposed to let them know what you're about to do not just grab the side of their mouth or even grab their glasses without their permission then get mad bc I told you no don't do that taking them off the way you you were pulling could have stretched them out or even broke them and I told you I was nervous and I tried to explain to you you walked off bc other health problems come . This place has sime of the best staff I have ever had in my life. I'm a disabled and I was always cared for with the upmost care, concern and respect. Dr. Abbey would receive a 10 star if you provided one for those who go above and beyond their means. He was so tender and the last dentist got bit by me cause of pain. Same shots in roof of mouth was hardly noticeable with Dr. Abbey. Excellent work doc you are fabulous and I am grateful to you. Thank you.
I’m extremely disappointed! I paid OUT OF POCKET for a full set of dentures which I had a choice from THREE DIFFERENT TYPES acrylic resin, porcelain and flexible! I specifically chose the most expensive which are flexible with suction so I can have them go back to get implanted. Now I’m told they only make one type When I was literally sat down with and went over different types and prices YET these cheap BASIC messes they’ve made are WAP sided bout falling out crooked leaning over the others and only God knows what else is ... read more
