Good for walk ins but just know you will be waiting for a long time..many people talking at the front desk they take a long time to get you in and also the waiting room is hot it's about 75 degrees and hot outside and no circulation feels like you can't breathe while your waiting 40 minutes and nobody has even been seen yet I would try to find a different place if it's an emergency or actually urgent..because there's nothing urgent about this urgent care..apparently the system they have is not a good system..overhearing how ... read more
I had a very smooth and pleasant experience at this office. Rowena at the front desk was super friendly and made check-in quick and easy. Keyana, who checked my vital signs, was great, very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Luis Carpio was excellent. He was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense. Great service quick and very nice.
Office staff never answers the phone when you call but every time I’m in there the receptionist is on the phone the whole time speaking a different language.
