Katherine has a gift for providing safe spaces with all she offers - Women circles, sauna and ice baths at her space in Taradale or to chat about which herbs are best to be drinking in your daily teas at Acorn and Oak. In Katherine’s women circles she is able to hold space and allow for community to grow and I’m grateful for her offerings as they help ground and connect you - which is desperately needed in modern life. ✨

This place is a gem in Ballarat. Beautiful space with nourishing herbal products. Had great assistance in helping me with post flu related issues. The products I was recommended and purchased have made me feel x10 better and my my skin is loving the vitamin c mix too. The tea is also amazing. Will be back!
