I purchased 2 55L coolers with the 193kw power supply. One is still running fine. One stopped working after about 16 months. I thought it wasn't taking a charge. Just put on a shelf and almost forgot about it. Normally only need one cooler. Decided I might as well take it apart and play with it. Normally charged while installed in cooler. I was trying to find a manual for an older model Acopower portable solar panel that was no longer available on their website. I emailed them and got a response the same day with an attachment for an online manual. That was incredible service in my opinion, especially as I had purchased the solar panel used and not directly from them. Based on my experience, I would say these people really stand behind their products and give excellent customer service.

Love my fridge unit, it works perfectly on my overland adventures. The customer service is extraordinary too!
