They make great products and have a responsive support. That’s a good company in my book.
I was trying to find a manual for an older model Acopower portable solar panel that was no longer available on their website. I emailed them and got a response the same day with an attachment for an online manual. That was incredible service in my opinion, especially as I had purchased the solar panel used and not directly from them. Based on my experience, I would say these people really stand behind their products and give excellent customer service.
Love my fridge unit, it works perfectly on my overland adventures. The customer service is extraordinary too!
