DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CAR COMPANY.THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT! They need to be shut down immediately! Very rude customer service. The car we got smelled so bad! I REPEAT.. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS CAR COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

Most terrible car rental company, if it can be called that. Rented from them in November 2023 and up until now July 31, 2023 no deposit refund.Vehicle that was given to me originally was a **** Flex which the check engine light came on not long after driving it. I got a replacement which was a 2012 ****** Rogue, definitely awful.

This company will straight out steal your $150 deposit and get away with it! If I lived in ****** I would be out there picketing the business to make sure it closed down!

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. They have a history of REFUSING to refund your $150 deposit. There is NO GUARANTEE they will shuttle you back to the airport. They have TERRIBLE customer service and WILL GHOST YOU after refusing to return your refund. They accused me of renting 2 cars when I only rented one as well as not filling up the gas tank to the pre-existing level. Luckily I took pictures. I had to do a charge back which took over a month to get my money back.
