I was in Costco one day and someone was there asking if you wanted carpet quotes and I did….that is how I got ACo flooring. Our salesperson was Amanda…she was an absolute delight to work with!! UPDATE (7/17/26): Unfortunately, when ACo was given the opportunity to correct the issues (described below), the situation only got worse. Their customer service was extremely disappointing. After they miscalculated our carpeting job and failed to order enough material, they informed us that the remaining portion of the project—which was substantially smaller than the first—would cost an additional 60% of the original quote. Unfortunately, our experience so far has been disappointing. Despite clearly informing both the salesperson and the installation specialist on multiple occasions that we wanted carpeting installed on both the upstairs and downstairs levels, the installation crew arrived with only enough carpet to complete half of the project. I had an upstairs hall bath remodeled. I tend to second guess my design choices but Kim and Scott held my hand through the entire process! Their patience was incredible! The entire team was wonderful to work with. My new bathroom is beautiful! I can't thank them enough!!!
