My son goes here and has been going and seeing Dr. Brad Bridges since day one. He’s been absolutely amazing. The whole hospital is clean, professional, and very understanding. The nurses there are wonderful, they go at your kid’s pace and never try to rush or have them cry. And if they do cry , they come back with a gift to make them feel better. If you don’t want to vaccinate your child don’t bring them here. Dr. Mckelvey was extremely pushy about the vaccines at every single appointment and when I asked her a simple question about a form about vaccines she got a bad attitude with me and was intensely questioning me and being incredibly rude. On top of that in one of my son’s visit summaries the doctor wrote things that were never addressed in the appointment and the social worker completely lied in her summary. They are amazing there! The scheduling may be a little off but they have amazing doctors!
We have been patient at ACNW Primary Care Clinic since our son came home from the Arkansas Children’s NICU in LR. We have had nothing but good experiences with the team here! I’ve seen many of the reviews showing concern about scheduling, but with the help of MyChart, and scheduling follow-ups at the time of checkout, we have never had an issue getting in for an appointment.
