If you don’t want to vaccinate your child don’t bring them here. Dr. Mckelvey was extremely pushy about the vaccines at every single appointment and when I asked her a simple question about a form about vaccines she got a bad attitude with me and was intensely questioning me and being incredibly rude. On top of that in one of my son’s visit summaries the doctor wrote things that were never addressed in the appointment and the social worker completely lied in her summary. They are amazing there! The scheduling may be a little off but they have amazing doctors!
We have been patient at ACNW Primary Care Clinic since our son came home from the Arkansas Children’s NICU in LR. We have had nothing but good experiences with the team here! I’ve seen many of the reviews showing concern about scheduling, but with the help of MyChart, and scheduling follow-ups at the time of checkout, we have never had an issue getting in for an appointment. We saw Dr. Grills for both my kids for their whole life and he did a great job, but working with the reception desk became unbearable. They once called me 3 times while I was SITTING in their office talking to Dr Grills to reschedule the next appointment… which they then called the morning of that appointment to reschedule again. We’re moving on to a different pediatrician and will miss Dr Grills.
