Do not go here. They take on too many clients and charge you $30 every appointment, I wonder why…. I went for a year and my acne got worse, tried getting on Accutane and have had to wait a month now to get an appointment, no empathy, no nothing. just wait another 2 weeks. Receptionist was so rude and obviously does not understand the psychological toll this has on people and they frankly couldn’t care less. Doctor also gave me false information, azelaic acid does help prevent acne formation.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I called the clinic before my appointment and clearly explained my situation. I specifically asked about the cost because I do not have a Health Card. I was told over the phone that even without insurance, I would only have to pay a specific amount. I took time off work and went to the appointment based on the information I was given over the phone. Very knowledgable! They are the only people who cleared my Acne and took it seriously, not automatically suggesting Accutane.
