The receptionist at this clinic is extremely rude and unprofessional. Shes an older lady clearly with no patience. If a person misses a phone appointment it isn't the end of the world. Even after I was apologizing and asking to reschedule the old lady was taking it personally as if shes the one I was having the appointment with. I have been seeing Dr. Singh for some time now and she is a lovely person but her receptionist requires further training in customer service.
