I had hormonal acne throughout my 20s, at 26 I found Dr Singh’s clinic and now a year and half later my skin is absolutely flawless. The confidence boost I get from never wearing makeup is priceless! Can’t recommend her expertise enough, I send all my friends and family here.
The lady on receptionist does not know how to deal with patients . I don't understand why she was so rude and disrespectful. I just asked her to book an appointment thats all and the way she was talking, was extremely unacceptable. I would give zero stars to this lady and highly recommend to go somewhere else.
I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I never struggled with acne until I was 22, and nothing I tried seemed to work. A friend referred me to the Acne Treatment Clinic, and after just two months of treatment, my skin has completely transformed. The doctor seems to be nice but the receptionist is very rude and sarcastic. My first appointment she was rude and passed unnecessary comments. I called in reconfirm the time of my second appointment and she was disrespectful and her tone is unacceptable while she was asking her question. The worst kind of representation for any doctor or clinic as a receptionist with no customer service. She pisses people off for no reason. Would have given a zero if there was an option.
