Firstly I got a call for my altrasound I was told the time and date. I asked is this in Stettler or Red Deer? She says yes it's in town. So I go to where I believed it was in Stettler. I was told I was not booked anywhere in the province for a procedure. The girl there takes the number and calls it gets the address and tells me to call and rebook. Incredibly unprofessional. Their systems have been down for weeks now, and they have not informed the medical doctors referring to them. Leaving many people waiting for appointments that will never be scheduled, with not so much as a phone call. I called a week after my referral was sent only to be told they are not booking appointments, and now I have to wait another 2.5 weeks to be seen by another provider.

It was a very smooth experience, from check-in to finish. Our ultrasound technician, Marian, was absolutely lovely, and made the experience quite enjoyable I wish we knew about this place sooner.
