This company is a hot mess. From their answering service to their website. Dont bother calling as the prompts waste your time and then it finally tells you to book through the website. The website claims they'll contact you in 48hrs but thats code for 'maybe never'. Seriously, dont expect them to get back to you. Brutal company. Take your requisition and call any other competitor of theirs (try Insight Medical).
NOT OPEN! Temporarily closed! I wasted 1.5 weeks waiting for someone to call me back. Went in person to book an appointment today. They had a notice of their door saying they’re closed. Note: Please ignore the owner’s misleading response to the person that said their closed since January 16, 2025. Also you can use your requisition form for ACMS at Canada diagnostic centre.
I was supposed to get my final round of prolotherapy on April 3, 2025, and was suddenly called on Friday that the owner of the Southside clinic had "died," and I needed to find a new location. I went to my doctor today to find out the prolotherapy/cortisone injections I was getting were SALINE. So, without being informed, I was being given placebos instead of prolo/cortisone for my torn adductor!!! I can’t say enough good things about ACMS Ultrasound and their prolotherapy treatments! After struggling with chronic pain for years, I finally found a solution that truly works. The only regret I have is the 8 years that I struggled with my injuries. Prolotherapy has been worth every penny—my pain has all but disappeared, and I feel like I have my life back!
