A referral was sent there for my daughter a couple of weeks ago. I haven't heard from them to book her an ultrasound appointment, so i took it upon myself to call and check in. I have been calling for a couple of days and no one picks up. Terrible service. I will be going back to my doctor to redirect the referral. And looking at the reviews, its probably a good idea.

Appointment booked for 830AM. Lights off and no one here. Google and Facebook say they are open for 830, but their front door states 9AM. My wife drank a ton of water before hand as you are supposed to. Now she is incredibly uncomfortable and so upset with how poorly managed this place is. We waited till 9 am in the parking lot. No one showed up. Obviously this place is a joke and clearly no one who runs this place cares. I highly recommend that no one go here. I've gone to ACMS a few times over the past 3-4 years. The receptionist is friendly, and I've always been able to get in for an appointment fairly quickly. The technician is more reserved, but I find that if I engage in conversation with her, it goes well. I like that I don't have to travel to Edmonton to deal with rude technicians (which has happened in the past).
