Avoid this place. They used to care about thier patients, by son who has a degenerative condition required a renewal for a referral toa specialist in the Queensland Children's Hospital as well a a couple of minor conditions to be looked at. Dr Sundaram only spent 5 minutes where she wrote the referral (to the wrong hospital - the letter from the correct hospital was provided to her). The receptionist is the rudest lady I have ever met! Unfriendly and unprofessional! Dr Ratnam appears to have bipolor. He is friendly one day then so damn rude the next appointment. Not a good Dr and very short and rushes appointments.
Had an appointment to see them and was told my 16 year old son would be bulk billed on the phone, but when I got there I was told I would be charged 80 bucks to see the doctor. I have been told by another doctor surgery that children 16 and under don't have to pay to see a doctor so there are just money making. Shame on them!
