Amazing service as and the staff care so much for the kids. They also are a strong support for parents so we feel confident as our kids are getting stronger. I’ve been with ACME about 2 years and I’m never going back to the other therapy institution I left. My daughter and son BOTH made so much progress
I don’t know who Lucas Long is with that 1 star review but I would like to say he is definitely not telling the truth about this clinic. They provided such AMAZING and OUTSTANDING service to my son! Everyone here treats you like family and does what they need to do to get your child the care they need! I have seen so much improvement in my son it’s insane! We've been using ACME Therapies in Vinton since they opened their Vinton office. I have zero complaints and love all of their staff. We use speech, occupational and have also used physical therapy with ACME. The Vinton office is a small one so we know everyone there and it's more like family than a bigger office is. It provided a disappointing and unprofessional service. It took more than one month for them to do the evaluation, and not even try to call you unless you called them. After the evaluation, they won't give you any reports or summary. Instead, during the first section, the provider probably spent more than half of the time trying to sell the occupation therapy to me. However, their billing department seems to be the most efficient department and keep sending within a week of evaluation. The place is tiny, not in a good hygien... read more
