Very negative service both in the show room as well as during installation. Do not plan to purchase from them in the future.
Fantastic service, everything we needed in store. Mike was knowledgeable, honest and patient, answered all questions with no pressure. Showed us in-stock and custom options, and we walked out with everything we needed at great prices, no waiting for custom orders. Truly refreshing and stress-free. We'll be back soon to discuss converting our wood-burning fireplace to gas. Definitely a new customer for life.
Needed new burner for gas grill. Acme Stove only had in Fairfax, I live in Bethesda. Mike, on his own time, delivered it to me after work. Unbelievable service. I’ll be grilling again tomorrow night. Thanks again. 5 stars all the way.
