We purchased a fireplace gas insert from them. The logs are beautiful! Service stinks! We are as of today on the service calendar for the second week in January 2020. Highly suggest purchasing from somewhere that can provide timely service😩

Excellent knowledge and service!
The employees are unprofessional and do not follow up on tasks. I called and spoke to an employee about ordering a custom adapter for my stove. She took the measurements and said she should have the part in two weeks. I called two weeks later and no one had any idea what i was talking about. No one had done anything or knew anything about my order. So after two weeks of using a space heater i am back to square one. Very unprofessional and imcompetent.
When you go somewhere to shop you want it to be warm, friendly, and honest they do all that here👍🏼
This staff worked with me on my big green egg. Answered all the questions I had plus some.
The staff was nice except the mr.know it all Jim. They installed stove same night pipe was leaking inside house. They came out 5 times to fix their last fix was a one inch thick silcone on all the pipe joints. Still had leaks after all their "repairs" jim who knows everything said stove was no good,then house had leaks and so on. Stove rep came out she took video also of pipe leaking inside house. So after they cleaned my house i still had a leaking pipe i replaced myself ! Thanks Acme and Jim great service.....
