No call. No show. Extremely unprofessional. Now I have water all over more floor on a Saturday morning.
I called them yesterday at 6:30pm and they were out working on my house early the next morning. They did a great job at a reasonable price and made my tenant VERY happy! Nice, friendly folks. That rates "excellent" in my book. I normally don't do many ratings but when I saw all they had were negative ratings I figured they deserved a well earned good rating too. Edit: The address is right but the phone number and website don't match this business. The number I called was 904-764-7651
This company is horrible...called them for help and not only did they not show they didn't call or anything. The same guy doing the work is the same guy answering the phone. (Red Flag). If I could have selected Zero I would have.
Please do not use this company. They lied to me and told me that they empied my septic tank. I had the lid opened a few hours later and the tank was still full. they only took out about 50 to 100 gallons. Called them back and they said that they will come the next day and they did a no show. Clled them back and the owner hung up in my ear. I gave this company a 1 only because I could not give them a zero
