One star, because I can't leave less. My Doctor called in a prescription refill two days ago. Yesterday auto phone said that I didn't have a refill and to leave a note to contact the Doctors office, I did. I checked again this morning and no refill according to the pharmacy. I then called the doctor's office back and they assured me that the refill was sent in. Then I called the pharmacy and they said it was there and apologized. I Called wondering what was happening with my new prescription. The person who answered was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. He gave me all of the information I needed!
Service is garbage you'll see 5 techs back there but only one person ever at the counter and they need to constantly call someone over to over ride the system. Takes well over 2 hours for a prescription to be filled if its being sent from your doctor's office. I've been going to this pharmacy over 10 years and the quality since covid is LACKING! Walgreens never makes their customers wait for 20 minutes in line to be told to wait another 10 for their prescription to be filled.
