Poor service on the rental side. My company and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on rental items over the course of a year for the past few years, and I have had nothing but problems trying to rent equipment with my specific use of the equipment being in question. I have spent enough in rent 10 times over to cover the cost of the equipment being used. Completely worse service we’ve ever had we’re trying to move and need a trailer and we called about hours an employee had said they close at 5:30pm and then drove an hour to find out the had just changed the hours then this morning we called to see if the accept cash because that’s all we have and the employee had said that they accepted cash so we get there and told they we have to use a credit card and not even a debit card we were misled completely really bad business honestly
Rented two light towers on short notice from acme. Once we got them to the sight, found out that one had the generator working, and the lights did not. The other, the lights worked, but the generator did not. Called Acme and informed them and upon drop off they made it right with us. Will be using Acme again for rentals as they made it right with us!
