Called to make sure they had my size filter in stock. So, I am at the location presently. I have been skipped over and basically ignored for about 25 minutes. Seems like if they know you by name, you go ahead of everyone else. I should have just ordered my air filters online. I bet its cheaper, and definitely not as offensive.
With all do respect i do not appreciate the disrespect from your employee Jimmy last name unknown but the Unnecessary attitude was not called for i came in there to get a simple part i understand there may be computer issues but he did not have to raise his voice at me and quote for quote GET OUT, exactly what he said to me i am not mad i just dont understand why jimmy had to be that disrespectful.
This place has a helpful and friendly staff. Go see for yourself.
I just want to take a few minutes to leave a review which is sumthing I usually don't do but the experience I had with this particular ACME store was very upsetting as a consumer.
