Back in July I would have given them a 5 star rating, but as time went on they quickly lost my respect and desire to ever take a vehicle to them again. I had them install a B&W turnover ball on a 2019 Dodge Ram pickup with less than 2,000 miles on it. At first the wrong installation package was sent and the crew members already had drilled the hole when Carlos recognized that it was the wrong kit.
