I called to get a quote for my tank fill-up. They said the prices were different for everybody and I would have to talk to sales. They transferred me and I was disconnected. I guess they don't want my business and prefer negative reviews (of which there are MANY on here).
Sorry for the long review, but the details are necessary: I am a new customer that owns their own tank. I called and got a introductory low rate. I signed up over the phone and was emailed the paperwork to sign, which I did. I was told someone would contact me about a tank inspection. After several days, I called and was told to leave a message for Ashley in the "local office". She didn't return my call. always timely, kind and friendly to deal with.
I was looking for propane supplier and contacted Acme. We scheduled a site visit for Thurs between 9-12. At 11:30 when their technician still didn't show up I called the office. "Sorry but you're outside our service area" I was told. What?? They had my address all along. Why didn't you lmk? I had to rearrange my entire week in order to be home that day, to meet the technician, why the heck didn't they lmk? Pretty lousy service if you ask me
I find you can't beat the prices or service.
