I ordered two sheets of clear polycarbonate in early June. The online ordering system was user friendly and went smoothly. In less than a week the order arrived. After unwrapping the sheets I noticed scratches on one side of the sheets. I notified Acme Plastics and spoke to Patrick and Decyi regarding the problem. I Do not recommend making business with this company, zuleika Oyola customer service contradict herself and make things up in order to do not be responsable for theirs own mistakes, they recommended acrylic sheets for roofing ( pergolas ) but the texture and material isn’t flexible … do not use this for roof it is very brittle. Polycarbonate is the only option for roof !!!

I had so bad experience to talk to the purchase department to schedule a meeting with an Iraqi delegation to offer what products we have, for two weeks and I left a three voice messages but no answer, nor saying we are sorry we apologies. The sale department manager was rude. I know the names but I do not want to write them on the review. The receptionist was profissional
