I ordered two sheets of clear polycarbonate in early June. The online ordering system was user friendly and went smoothly. In less than a week the order arrived. After unwrapping the sheets I noticed scratches on one side of the sheets. I notified Acme Plastics and spoke to Patrick and Decyi regarding the problem. They went out of their way to explain to me that there was clear film on one side of the sheets as further protection. Sure enough, they were right. I Do not recommend making business with this company, zuleika Oyola customer service contradict herself and make things up in order to do not be responsable for theirs own mistakes, they recommended acrylic sheets for roofing ( pergolas ) but the texture and material isn’t flexible … do not use this for roof it is very brittle. Polycarbonate is the only option for roof !!!
