Abid was great to work with. I had an issue with a skunk being trapped in the window sill leading to my basement window. Abid came out on Sunday, a day he’s not supposed to work, and helped me solve the problem. He was in and out in 20 minutes and safely removed the skunk. Highly recommend!
1.5 week ago, I heard a lot of loud bird activity for hours in the morning. In previous years, my next-door neighbour had birds in their vents, so I was worried about having the same issue. I had never heard the activity this loudly and closely before. I called Acme to schedule an appointment within a few days, but to my surprise, Adib suggested that he could arrive within the hour before heading to a job site. He and a coworker arrived.
