They rob people of their money!! You should be able to cancel a tent a week in advance due to weather. I can understand paying a cancellation charge but getting no refund is a disgrace. Your business should be ashamed. I will not recommend to anyone.
I used them for my daughter's wedding (tables, chairs, table cloths) They were exceptionally pleasant to speak with and make arrangements. The delivery was on time and the equipment was in perfect condition. I will certainly use them again and I highly recommend them.
Misrepresentation of their ability to fulfill a contract ended up costing me an additional $875.00 at the wedding location. Much like other reviews online they did not come to pick up their equipment on the date agreed upon. The company strongly denies this and berated me on the phone for even suggesting they were wrong. They then continually blamed me for their short comings. At this point I have had to get a lawyer involved.
