Josh was just great. He and his assistant painted the interior of our new home. He is an experienced painter and his work reflects it. The finish is smooth and none of that bumpy orange peel finish which I really dislike. He's easy to work with. I highly recommend him.
I hired ACME Painting and Drywall, LLC for exterior painting on my rental home. He and his family were in desperate need of a home at the time and I agreed to exchange half rent for work and his family moved in. I gave them further rent reductions for odd jobs remaining to be performed and for paying rent in cash. I gave them some nice furniture, food, decorations, left the utilities in my name until they could get situated, all because they seemed to possess almost nothing with a toddler.
