Language barrier.
I needed compression knee highs and compression stocking per doctors orders. After a walk-in Appt, I was to receive a call back within a week to inform me of when those items would be in stock(I needed a custom fit). I’ve called back twice to check on status (every two weeks) and every time I called, they took a message and have yet to return my call.
