Very helpful staff. The main thing is if you need to talk to a pharmacist they answer the phone and give you their full attention, you are not put on hold or directed to voice mail.
I have been using Acme Pharmacy for several years and have generally had positive experiences, aside from the occasional delay or miscommunication with my doctor. Wildly unprofessional - I called to resolve an issue with my rx (a simple mix up by the pharmacist not filling my prescription as written and that could have been easily resolved). I was hung up on after the pharmacist refused to admit their error and called me a liar. Deeply concerning behavior and will not be returning
