They are an excellent pharmacy, but the thing that turned me off was when I called to see if they had my medicine in stock and they claimed that they are no longer taking new patients who are prescribed controlled substances. So they are just turning customers away? I didn’t know this was a thing that pharmacies can do.
Today a self check out monitor today asked me if I was a senior. I'm sure I looked confused. She again asked are you over 60? I said "No. Gosh I hope I don't look 60. " To which she said "well I have to ask because it's senior shopping day, people now days dye their hair and look good for their age so I have to ask." HMMMMM? Is that a policy now, find out how old your shoppers are? I'm certain there's a less offensive way to give shoppers the information that Tuesday is Senior shopping day.
Customer service is great.
