“I can’t wait to shop at Acme” - Said no one. I could not spare a 30 minute one way drive to Wegmans. Today’s shipping experience allowed me to hear management and union staff loudly argue in the aisle. Better yet, customer service reps the store manager won’t buy hand carts due to theft. With acne, charging more than its competitors, one would expect higher standards. This place is mediocre on its best days and a dump on most of them.
I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the store and great selection. The prices were reasonable. Easy checkout. Glad I brought plenty of reusable bags.
