I'm in this acme every single week, and the customer service is usually top notch. But today, a female name Karen checked us out today, 1/24 12:35pm and she spoke 1 word to us. It was a little awkward, and at the end, I wanted to break the vibe and say thank you. All she said was ok. Smh! I'm going to shoprite from now on...
