I want to thank Eric who is a amazing pharmacist which is hard to find.I recently had a bad experience with a change of brand on my medication and the whole time he was trying to help order what I’ve been on but my point is it goes a long way there not to many good people out there that care or would go that extra mile for somebody and I wish this could of been my pharmacy.
I used their delivery service. I got a call from my delivery driver. He was saying something but I couldn’t understand. I thought it was a bad connection. Finally he says “no English “. What? How am I supposed to help find my apartment ? Finally some random guy in the parking lot shows him where I live. Delivery guy has piled my 12 pack of soda on top of LETTUCE and produce which is now crushed and bruised. Acme was difficult to contact. The pharmacy staff is very friendly and helpful. They always do their best. Eric is always helpful and friendly. They all try to do more just to help as best they can.
Great pharmacy just the customers need to stop telling their life story to the lady behind the counter and keep it moving. This is every single time
