The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful when I have questions. Explain about needed vaccines and why.
Today I had big issues with my prescription. CVS told me they wouldn’t have it in for weeks. My friend told me to call Mark at Acme Pharmacy and he would do what he could to help. Boy was she right. He bent over backwards to get what I needed and the same day. He also sat on the phone with insurance and called me multiple times to make things right. I have been a customer of Savon Pharmacy on Rte 33 in Hamilton for years and always have received the most amazing customer service. Mark follows up with prescriptions by contacting the Insurance company when need be, doctors and whoever else needs to be involved to fix pricing errors, confirm the prescriptions and always gets the job done!!!! Scanning my groceries out in this store I was being profiled this idiot made sure to watch me as I was scanning I’m ready to cash out only to be accused of trying to steal so I dump all the food out of my bags back into the cart and left. Never again spending my money here
