I wouldn't recommend this shipping department to my worst enemy! Checked in at 10:15 am after 2h of waiting I went to look for someone who's in charge to talk to! Some tattooed guy who seemd very prejudice lied in my face he said he don't know who works in shipping office (nobody was in the office obviously) !!.
