Loved our stay!!! Spent one week and was sorry to leave!! The home was clean, comfortable, well appointed and had all the amenities, including complimentary coffee. Slept great!! Enjoyed having our coffee every morning by the pool and listening to the birds chirp. Spent most of our time in the lovely saltwater pool surrounded by the private tall green hedges. Place was great, really nice house and neighborhood and location. Very relaxing and enjoyable house, from the pool to the putting green. Bedroom’s were very nice and comfortable. All around great place, will be back!
We love using Acme House to book our vacation stays in Palm Springs. Everyone we have dealt with is so nice and helpful. We have had Renee helping us the last few times and she goes above and beyond with customer service! My husband gave her a list of a few specifics we were looking for in a rental and she followed up immediately with emails containing names of properties and details plus links so we could check-out the property photos and make our decision. We are coming up on our 1 year anniversary of ACME managing our vacation rental "Tramview" in Palm Springs. This first year has been great, consistent steady bookings and lots of positive feedback from guests. We love the immediate communication from ACME when we raise an issue and particularly enjoy working with Celine. Thanks guys for taking such good care of our home.
