Horrible buying experience it’s been 6 months and STILL getting pushed back. Would NOT recommend. No one reaches out when contacted. This company is a joke.
Overall, we were satisfied with ACME at closing. However, there have been changes in employment & we had NO communication at all after purchasing the home other than through Robbie (with construction). We had a few issues listed during the final walk-through & have encountered an issue with a shower faucet after moving in. Robbie has been the one to “take care of things” & keep us “in the loop”. Miranda sold me the mobile home. Then Miranda and Jeff done closing. After I started dealing with Robbie. He always kept me up to date. I would email him and he always responded to me. Then when I went and told everybody that I was going to get a lawyer if they didn’t have my mobile home on my land within a month I was getting a lawyer and I would get my mobile home one way or the other either from them or I would go somewhere else. We financed a used mobile home throw ACME Homes in September of 2025, we were given a move in date of October 1st 2025, it's March 1st 2026 and there still isn't a certificate of occupancy, I was told January 6th that "they are moving their butts" to get it ready and it is sitting in the same condition as it was when we put the down payment...
