We purchased an acme home in 2020. This company DOES NOT fulfill their promise to fix warranty issues. We had a 6 week close, no items were fixed during that time. So we had to wait for the 1 year mark. The company makes it virtually impossible to get items in the list fixed. I had health issues when we moved in so we just gave up, not having the bandwidth to pursue. This is our second home. Our first home was a new build as well. We bought our home in WA in 2022. The home has had only minor issues that we had corrected under the warranty. We made the mistake of waiting until almost the end of the year warranty due to the site supervisor telling us that's how it's done (and no it's not according to the company's warranty person-apparently a lot of folks are misinformed on that aspect). I would love to say good things about Acme, but our experience hasn't left us with too many good things to say. Some of the employees can be helpful, but the company seems to lack a comprehensive project management system, and it's led to a major problem for us. Acme applied for and was approved for a fire sprinkler system permit when they first started our home, and then somehow that system got left out during 6+ months of construction. We just bought in September 2023, and its been rough trying to get help from this builder. Fixes won't get done without multiple text and call reminders, if it gets done at all. Don't expect any updates from them. Most of the things we blue taped in our walkthrough were never fixed including stains on carpet in two bedrooms, holes in our vinyl fencing from their machinery, scuffs on baseboards, scratches on the countertops, our uneven landscaping, and poor painting. Acme Homes has been amazing! They have been awesome to work with. Mark meet with us personally to go over details with us of what we wanted. He was thorough and honest with us on what to expect . The quality of the home Is 100 percent. We found a few things during the walk through but they fixed it promptly.
