Nick was so much help when our roof sustained damage from 90 mile an hour straight winds. Nick was out of town when I called him and coordinated the tarping and repair of my roof all remotely and in just a few days. When I was out of town he sent me pictures of the progress and finished repair. Quick response, very fair and reasonable pricing, quality workmanship, and top notch customer service. Thank you Nick!
I needed a repair to the shingles around a leaking exhaust vent on my roof that resulted from a bad job another roofing company did for me 8 months before. ACME was prompt in responding to my estimate and appointment visits. Joel was courteous and when I questioned why my vents were banging when the wind blew and the rooms were cold, he said the vents were cheap metal and prone to leaking. They installed a new roof on my house last December. I was surprised because initially, I thought I had to deal with a leaky roof until spring. Acme waived some of the fees because the project took a little longer than anticipated due to snow and death in one of the crew’s family. Recently, Nick came over to inspect the roof to make sure things look fine after winter. I will recommend Acme for roof installation and any exterior projects.
