We have been using their service since 2004. For years they were great, but the past two years they have been horrible. They take our money for quarterly service but don’t come out, or return calls. Our usual technician died and we haven’t had the same person twice. The woman serving the office changed and that’s when things went downhill. If I don’t get resolution soon, I’m filing against them. Terrible service. Service agent locked himself out of my home, bent the door lever by 30 degrees. They say I need service by a postcard, call with email and cell phone and Brandy is too busy to set up the annual appointment. Lousy service, lousy organization. A monopoly at work.
