Update these guys pulled out of Vegas. Ace install team... I just wanted to give a huge shout out and kudos to Jimmy and Kekoa who installed our elevator. I have been doing a major remodel and have had many different tradespersons in and out. There is nothing better than having folks who are dedicated to their job and just good natured to be around. after being a loyal customer since 11 years, when my elev ator was installed, I am having a blelicose series of rude telephone attempts with I guess the owner Wes Rockhold.... But most insiduius attitude goes to their service manager,Jean Jones in Benecia...I simple want a riefundn for the missed pre-paid yearlyservice call. They missed a service call and that cost me $299.......No answer, or best t a rude non-concciliatory and no response......
