BEWARE! If they are still doing business, they should be reported. Their business license is in default for not reporting since 2023 and their contractors license is suspended because of no bond. They took a deposit from me for decent size job and only did a small part. They owe me about $3000. I was going to take them to small claims, but they are an llc and obviously would ignore it. I have kept all texts and emails, just in case.
This business does not answer their phone or return calls. I have been trying to reach them since November 20th. After leaving messages I got a return call but it was after business hours and I missed the call. The gal was very nice in her message, apologized for the delay and explained they are super busy. I called back first thing the next morning and again, no one answered. I have left five messages and probably called ten times and finally gave up. This company is the worst!!!!! Do not use!!!! Sooo Unprofessional!!! No call, no show on scheduled appointments!!!!!!!! It has been 3 months and door is still not installed!!!! Shelia and Ray do not know how they even have a job!!!!!
HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES. STAY AWAY. It took a dozen trips and three months to complete our project, which was five shower doors for a newly constructed home. The workmanship was horrible. One panel was misfabricated and needed to be reordered. The doors were not aligned properly--the heights of the top edges of the doors and adjacent fixed panels were over 1/2 inch different. One was so far off it needed to be reordered as well. A third panel was damaged during installation and also needed to be reordered... read more
