Took a broken insulated glass multi light unit in to be measured and exactly copied, I’ve dealt with enough glass companies to know if they don’t do the measurements they will blame you for it being wrong. When I went to install the unit they built for me the divided light portion was wrong, I called them and they apologized and ordered me a replacement for their screw up. When I picked up the replacement after spending multiple hours and many gallons of gas, the job was out of town, I asked them how I would be compensated f... read more
Poor customer service when trying to order and bring them business. I would never use this company. The order guy who works in commercial is very rude and doesn't listen to his potential customer. Belittles you because your not in the window business.

Super nice staff, and hey the glass was even see through . For real though been ordering here for years, and they are priced well and do great work.
It was awesome to work with ACME Glass on our new Church Activity Center. The entire process was exceptional from start to finish.
