Mr. Howard is always able to fix the glass I have managed to break. He has replaced the glass in the door of my dad's gun cabinet that had to be cut to fit as well as replaced the glass in a couple of odd sized picture frames that had broken.
Acme took care of my window chip in minutes and I was on my way.
A rock hit my windshield and filed an insurance claim. This establishment was recommended through my insurance. I received a call to schedule an appointment. I was in that week, thank goodness. I had an appointment at 0830, and my car was taken back upon arrival. The gentleman got to work and had me out in no time. Thank you so much.
Thinking they are finally out of business... First time I called, they answered their phone once, told me they would be out to replace my glass the next week, but never showed. I called 3-4 times after that and it rolled to voicemail with no callbacks. Finally today, no voicemail. Bad customer service for sure!!
