Each time I call, the lady who answers the phones is so rude and passive aggressive. I called today to get a copy of an invoice and the lady would not even let me get a sentence out before telling me “hold on”. She didn’t even tell me I was being transferred to another lady (who is a bit nicer than the 1st). I wish I could give zero stars. I had my windshield replaced here a couple of months ago, and afterward it began leaking from both the side and the center. I contacted the shop and returned to have the issue addressed, but unfortunately the problem was never resolved and the job was not redone.
