Each time I call, the lady who answers the phones is so rude and passive aggressive. I called today to get a copy of an invoice and the lady would not even let me get a sentence out before telling me “hold on”. She didn’t even tell me I was being transferred to another lady (who is a bit nicer than the 1st). I wish I could give zero stars. I had my windshield replaced here a couple of months ago, and afterward it began leaking from both the side and the center. I contacted the shop and returned to have the issue addressed, but unfortunately the problem was never resolved and the job was not redone. After losing confidence, I went to another shop just a few minutes away. Their team was knowledgeable, professional, and explained clearly why the leak may have occurred. I suggested them to a relative because I had received wonderful service a couple of years ago. However, they couldn't calibrate on the 2025 car and knew it was likely but only told us after they changed out the windshield. They should have told us ahead of time. They said it was a problem they had had on 2025 models.
Needed some plexiglass and needed it cut. Fast,great service
