Insurance Fraud?!?!? I was told by the owner Steve that he could give me a significant amount of money back after the flood damage claim was completed. Not only would he waive my deductable, but he refund me an additional 10%. Isn't that insurance fraud?!?!?!?...I didn't feel comfortable with that so I went with a much more reputable company called Servpro. Not only that, but the owner Steve just seemed dishonest and creepy!

Best Service Ever In my opinion this company has it all. Great communication, excellent response, clean, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very reasonable on cost. We experienced an unfortunate situation with a bad water leak that caused extreme damage to our home. In the midst of everything Acme and it's representatives knew exactly what to do and walked us through the entire process. I am impressed by the integrity of this company. Definitely a 5 star.

Fantastic Service Acme Flood was prompt and professional, the workers made our family feel at ease throughout the entire experience. They worked with us, never requiring any payment until the insurance company paid us. They even cleaned our carpets for free after the reconstruction was completed.

Superior Service I was devastated from the water leak that basically leaked through the walls and ruined my kitchen. My plumber referred me to Acme to get everything cleaned and dried to prevent any mold. They were so good about guiding me through the process and worked with AAA on everything. I feel like they really cared about me and my property. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was okay at all times and they did a great job rebuilding my kitchen.
