They do not stand behind their work. We were told that absolutely, without a doubt, the $450 gate arm we purchased from them would hold. This was after I reiterated several times that the wind blow so hard here it causes a tunnel effect and has destroyed several "commercial" grade arms before this. They were adamant that theirs would hold up and that we didn't need a mag lock to go with it.
