I had an appointment at 10am, it's 2pm and they haven't even started downloading yet. This place is broken, not respecting the drivers' time, don't come here.
Don't come to this place, you'll waste more than 4 hours, no one will help you and you won't get out early, they don't respect the connectors' time.
Don't book load here unless you wanna stay 6hrs no matter what appointment time is. You will miss being able to book another load outta the area that's worth it. They'll unload in 30min to 1hr but will take forever and I mean forever to count and get paperwork to leave.
I was expecting a long wait after reading the reviews. But that wasn't the case. You can't check in until 2 hours before your appointment. Parking in the staging lot before the guard shack, scan the QR code on the sign and follow the instructions. You will receive a text to proceed to the guard shack, where they will scan the QR code that you received in a text.
