Arrived for 3am appointment...was left jn staging for 3.5 hrs..got door at 630. Waited for 2.5 hrs to get unloaded..was very unimpressed with this load...7 skids..and shit service from capstone...avoid this lo action if you can

I've been to this facility atleast 3x's in 10 years each time at night and have always been treated with respect until today. Obviously coming into this complex there are two travel lanes, one for ACME drivers, and one for outside carrier drivers. There are no posted signs to indicate which lane is for which driver. (or atleast I didn't see one) I quickly learned this morning that I was in ACME's lane as I pulled up to check in.
